Y620 series
Y620-Drive is a variable frequency drive designed to enhance the performance of three phase AC 415V water pump. It is suitable for multi-pump control system. Y620-Drive eliminates the requirement for large pressure tanks and pressure switches used for automatic operation. The intuitive design of the intelligent Y620 pump drive constantly monitors and automatically regulates the amount of water entering the system to provide constant pressure water.
Function Characteristics
- Multi-Pump Control systems -Can have two masters and Max 4 auxiliaries (standby master works as auxiliary) for one system. Each pump has one drive mounted on it.
- In each system there are two masters (one is master, the other is standby master) and 3 auxiliaries. The standby master replaces the master to command the whole system only when the master fails to work, or the standby master works as an auxiliary role. The two master drives are both equipped with pressure transducers, the other auxiliary drives are without transducers.
- All the drives are connected through a RS485 Communication line.
- The master drive detects pipe water pressure through pressure transducer, and sends the pressure signal to the auxiliaries and automatically controls the auxiliaries to run or stop and PID status according to the water pressure condition.
- When master drive fails to work, the standby master will automatically replace the master to controls the whole system; when any auxiliary drive fails to work, the system will just skip it by and start the next one, ensuring the automatic shift of pump group.
- The pumps run alternately (8hours by default) to balance every pump's running time to prolong service life of the whole unit machine.
